Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

6. Refund Policy

As this is a digital product, physical returns are not possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@platformengineeringguide.com. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis but we aim to honour all reasonable requests within this window.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the purchased digital content without prior written permission from the author
• Upload the content to file sharing platforms or use it as AI training data
• Systematically retrieve data from the Services to build a competing database or directory
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services
• Engage in automated scraping, data mining, or similar data extraction
• Delete copyright or proprietary notices from any content
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations

Binding arbitration: If informal negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Halifax, United Kingdom, conducted in English, under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Disputes concerning intellectual property rights, piracy, or unauthorised use are exempt from this arbitration clause and may be brought directly before a court of competent jurisdiction.

Purchase grants the buyer a single-user, non-transferable licence to read and reference the content for personal or internal business purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing of the content in any form — including uploading to file sharing platforms or AI training datasets — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the author.
